The shuttle service is a plus, but be aware it doesn't run in the mornings. My room was clean and comfortable with nice amenities, but noisy due to nearby traffic. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Just a heads-up, it was a bit tricky navigating the layout, and service at times felt inconsistent.

I had a pleasant experience overall, with a clean room and a variety of delicious breakfast options, including a make-your-own waffle station. The location is very convenient, being close to the airport and major restaurants. However, the TV selection was quite limited, and I would have preferred better entertainment options during my stay.

I loved the indoor pool for some nice relaxation time and the cozy seating area in the lobby was perfect for chilling out. I stayed in a King Room Non-Smoking. The room had a flat-screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, and a sofa bed, super comfy for relaxing. The fitness center was well-maintained, and there’s an indoor swimming pool for a nice dip. Breakfast had various options, with freshly baked pastries and coffee.

The King Studio Suite felt spacious and comfortable, making it an ideal spot to rest after a long trip. The nearby Cosimo's on Union served some stellar pork belly. that meal alone made my stay worth it.

The TV in the room needed maintenance. it worked for a bit but didn’t cooperate come morning. I also noticed the breakfast buffet didn't measure up to similar hotels, like Holiday Inn Express, and the coffee left much to be desired. I wished for better yogurt options—Yoplait just doesn’t cut it in the health department. WiFi connectivity can be maddening as well. needing lobby codes for access felt a little too convoluted. Lastly, some plumbing quirks, such as reduced water flow in the shower, showed that the place could use some updates.

Oh man, the Pork Belly at Cosimo's on Union was a game-changer! Had me dreaming of flavors! Also, enjoyed the comfort of a King Room, and the breakfast spread was a knockout, so tasty! Clean vibes all around too.

Now, on the flip side, the TV selection was a snooze fest. Why can’t we log into our own streaming apps? And that desk chair was way too low, made working a hassle.

Noise from the highway kept me awake during the night!!! Plumbing issues, like leaking faucets and cold water, deserve some attention. Also, the WiFi setup is unnecessarily complicated—a simple password should suffice!!!

the hampton inn was in a great spot, super easy to access local attractions. everything was spotless, even with the snow! the breakfast area felt so cozy, and i loved the options available. adding scrambled eggs would be a nice touch!
